I just got the Saie bronzer and I’m obsessed with it!!

How long do you wait between application of products during skin prep? This is something I'm confused about. Do they all have to fully dry or can you apply them one after another without waiting?

It did not surprise me that th elf foundation oxidized on you- it always does for me... and it turns very warm tones even when I get the cool tones... just proves that we all are in our own individual skins and no two are alike! Cottage cheese is great! Not all of them are created equal, though lol. My absolute favorite is from Dairygold. I've never thought to scramble them into eggs but I do like using cottage cheese when I make egg bites, so that makes total sense! As far as proteins go, I have to watch my sugar for health reasons so I really enjoy the Orgain 3 g sugar shakes, and Glucerna has some good ones, too. Since Glucerna is for people with diabetes, I find they do not make my blood sugar spike. Especially their Smart health shakes. These recommendations are for pre-packaged protein drinks, which are convenient but not always what everyone wants to do. When I'm at home and not on the go, I make my own protein shakes up with pea protein powder and other "boosts". It's almost like being my own Jamba juice smoothie maker haha. My parents love the Orgain powdered proteins. So many protein powders and shakes out there are absolutely TERRIBLE. 😂 Loved this style of video, Risa! You are so much fun and I was getting ready with my skin care while watching this video. I use the Tatcha Dewy skin cream because I have drier skin than you do but it made me chuckle a little that we were both putting on our Tacha products at the same time. ❤

As always i love your reviews of new products, i definitely was curious about the elf foundation, I wonder why they don't sell it on Ulta, as for shadow primer, Urban Decays has always been my HG primer, and surprising ulta's brand is good too!

Did you ever get help from something? I’ve always been terrified of getting this my mom has had it. Well just last night I started hearing a type of staticky like if you’ve ever had a firecracker go off near your ears and it leaves your ear with a type of noise from it. It’s hard to ignore even though I’m trying really hard. Any advise is much appreciated I’m always a faithful watcher. 😊

I personally think the eyeshadow palette is a bad makeup buy. It's pretty, but...Ifluencers have noted that over half of the colors are from the first/old gold palette. Why spend almost 70$ on something that is not really all that new? Just think it was misleading.

@ Risa, Tarte just came out with an under eye setting powder. Pink and a bunch of other shades! Mine just came in the mail and I tested over my 11 hour melting off makeup and it actually smoothed over my eyes beautifully, on top of a full face of 11 hour work makeup. I haven’t worn it for a full day obviously but I’m excited to do a wear test tomorrow and think you might like to try it! Especially since Pat McGrath fooled us with pink setting powder that isn’t actually pink - this is a nice surprise ❤

I was so excited for the Golden palette because I’ve never had enough shades I could use in the other palettes so I’ve never bought one. I was SOOO thrilled for this one because I will use all the shades, so I bought two. I’m a little disappointed though, my shades are all super light compared to the photos and swatches. Teak was pretty much the shade I bought the palette for and mine is super light and olive toned. Most of the matte shades are olive toned and super light so it doesn’t show up well on me. It’s just so different looking than everything I’ve seen online. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Ok now I’m commenting on the video. I love the reviews on the products. It helps me so much when I see people buying things I can’t afford, and seeing what products I can that are good…and conversely some of the pricier stuff that maybe I can save for. Love these product reviews and especially the demonstration. It’s so helpful. Risa you are THE best.
